Xobin Alternatives
Xobin alternatives come up for a reason that has little to do with the product. Xobin does a lot: thousands of ready tests, coding with real test cases, video assessments, a lockdown browser, its own ATS and a 14-day trial with full access. But its prices aren't published, so a team that only needs a screening test still has to book a demo to learn what it costs.

What is in this guide
TunnelQuiz wrote this guide and is one of the options in it. We read each vendor's own site on 9 and 10 October 2026, including Xobin's, and list the gaps in TunnelQuiz next to everyone else's.

How We Compared Them
We looked at whether you can see a price before talking to sales, how you can try the tool, what each one's anti-cheating covers today, and how much of a hiring suite you have to take on to get a test.
TunnelQuiz
TunnelQuiz does less than Xobin, on purpose. It runs proctored multiple-choice and written tests and shows you how they were taken. It captures the whole screen every minute, logs tab switches with time away and detects a second display, all on every plan. Webcam snapshots, AI browser-extension flags and live monitoring come with Essential, $34 a month billed yearly. There is a candidate pipeline board from Essential, and the Free plan has no end date. In India the same plan is ₹1,319 a month billed yearly, plus 18% GST.
Where Xobin is ahead: a test library, coding tests that run code, psychometrics, video interviews, a lockdown browser, a real ATS and integrations with other ATS platforms. If you want those from one vendor, stay with Xobin.
See TunnelQuiz vs XobiniMocha
iMocha is the closest in breadth, with 10,000+ assessments, coding simulations that run code, video proctoring, a safe browser and identity verification, and connectors for Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. It now positions itself as a skills intelligence platform for enterprises.
Its pricing page is a demo request, so it doesn't solve Xobin's lack of published prices. Choose it for scale and enterprise integrations.
See TunnelQuiz vs iMochaMercer | Mettl
Mettl adds what Xobin doesn't: live human proctors, record-and-review, dual-camera monitoring with a phone and photo ID authentication, along with psychometric and coding assessments and its own secure browser.
It is quoted and enterprise-focused. Pick it when your tests have become high-stakes exams.
See TunnelQuiz vs MettlTestlify
Testlify has a library of a similar size, 3,500+ tests, and publishes its price: $139 a month billed yearly for 100 credits a year, $89 for visitors from India. Its Standard plan includes snapshots, session recording, face and talking detection and AI-assistance detection.
Most ATS integrations are a $2,388-a-year add-on on Standard (Greenhouse is free), and unused credits expire at the end of the cycle.
See TunnelQuiz vs TestlifyTestGorilla
TestGorilla has a free plan (10 credits a month), 350+ tests and published prices, with Core from $215 a month billed annually and lower rupee prices shown in India. Its Trust Layer keeps proctoring light, with activity logs, AI-agent blocking and an honesty agreement, and ID verification on Plus.
It is a good choice if candidate experience matters more to you than proctoring depth.
See TunnelQuiz vs TestGorillaAdaface
Adaface publishes simple annual credit packs, from $180 for 12 credits, and every pack includes its 500+ test library. Tests are 40 minutes, chat-style, with webcam and screen proctoring options and a 14-day trial.
Credits expire a year after purchase, and setting up each test costs credits.
See TunnelQuiz vs AdafaceTalview
Talview is for proctoring at scale: AI, record-and-review and live proctors, ID verification with face and voice matching, a secure browser and an AI interviewer. It integrates with most major ATS and LMS platforms.
It is quoted per unit with a typical minimum of 150 to 200 candidates, so it suits large programs rather than a single team's test.

Questions, answered
As of October 2026, Xobin doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page lets you choose modules and a region, then book a demo or request a call back. There is a 14-day free trial with full access to the plan you pick and no card required.
TunnelQuiz (Essential $34 a month billed yearly), Testlify ($139 a month billed yearly), TestGorilla (Core from $215 a month billed annually) and Adaface (from $180 a year). iMocha, Mettl and Talview quote.
Yes. TunnelQuiz's Free plan gives 50 credits every month, and TestGorilla's gives 10. Neither has an end date, unlike Xobin's 14-day trial.
None of these includes a full ATS the way Xobin does. TunnelQuiz has a candidate pipeline board from Essential but no job posts or resume parsing. Testlify, TestGorilla, Adaface, iMocha and Talview integrate with external ATS platforms instead.
If you only need the test, TunnelQuiz runs it with whole-screen captures on every plan. Start on the free plan with 50 credits a month.
