A credit is how you pay for a proctored attempt. One credit runs one standard proctored attempt, and unproctored assessments are unlimited on an active plan.
A standard proctored attempt is 1 credit and an unproctored one is free. Add-ons stack on top: live viewing and live monitoring are 4 credits each, AI grading is 1.
Your monthly credits refresh each month and roll over while your plan stays active, so unused credits are not lost mid-plan.
Yes. On any active plan, running an assessment without proctoring costs no credits, subject to a fair-use ceiling. Only proctored attempts draw down credits.
A test will not start until you top up, and it tells you exactly how many more credits you need. You can buy a top-up in seconds, and you are never charged for a partial attempt.
The longer the term, the lower the effective monthly rate: quarterly saves 8% and yearly saves 12% against paying monthly for the same period. Monthly has no commitment.
