TunnelQuiz uses credit-based pricing. One credit runs one standard proctored attempt, and unproctored assessments are unlimited on an active plan. Every plan includes 150 credits a month, and you can top up anytime in packs of 150.

There is a free trial rather than a free plan: 10 credits that never expire, no card required. Trial credits cover standard proctoring.

Yes. Monthly credits refresh each month and roll over while your plan stays active, so nothing is lost mid-plan. When a subscription ends the balance resets to zero.

Yes. Top-ups need an active subscription and are sold in packs of 150 credits for ₹1,499 plus GST. Buy 1,500 or more in a period for 5% off, or 3,000 or more for 10% off. They stack on your monthly balance and roll over the same way.

A test will not start until you top up. The pricing page shows exactly how many more credits you need, and you are never charged for a partial attempt.

Yes. On any active plan, running an assessment with proctoring turned off never uses credits, subject to a fair-use limit.

TunnelQuiz can take camera photos through the test and capture screen views periodically, to confirm the right person is testing.

Yes. Candidates are told what will be watched before they begin, so nothing is captured without their knowledge.

Camera photos and screen captures are kept for 90 days from the test date. Answers and scores are kept for 3 years, or until you delete them, whichever comes first. You can also ask us to delete candidate data sooner. The details are in our privacy policy.

Yes. Shareable report links are view-only with no login required, and you can turn a link off at any time.

Only the team members you give access to. Team roles let you limit who sees proctoring footage and flags, and who only sees final scores.

Yes. Results and reports can be exported at any time, to keep or share with your team.
