The reasoning is on the report
Every score comes with the reason it was given, next to the answer it was given for. A score you cannot explain to a candidate is not worth having.

Disagree with one and type your own. The override is recorded with your name on it, and the original stays visible underneath.

It is metered in AI credits, separately from the credit that pays for the attempt. A graded written answer costs an order of magnitude more to serve than a proctored multiple-choice question, so it is priced that way rather than hidden in the plan.
